Calling all runners!
Join us for the RunningLane ROOTS Road & Trail Training Program and Clinic.
Strong roots create lasting results — whether you’re chasing a PR on the roads or tackling the trails, ROOTS will give you the tools and support to grow as a runner. Beginners through advanced athletes are welcome.
This 18-week program includes:
- A custom training plan tailored to your race goals
- Group long runs with multiple distance options
- Road & trail clinics with practicums, focusing on form, efficiency, and technique
- A supportive community to keep you motivated and accountable
We’ll be preparing together for races like the Frozen Goat 15k/30k, the Mountain Mist 50k.
